CA Jogin Raval is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India with 15 years of experience in the field of Statutory, Internal and Tax Audit, Direct Tax compliances, Advisory transaction, Capital Market transactions and Assurance services. He started his practice immediately after completing CA course and earned wide experience in assurance services of listed, public and private companies, bank inspection audits, broker statutory and inspection audits, system process audits, income tax planning, income tax assessments and certification work.
At present, he is one of the partners at P R S S & CO LLP and responsible for various services such as audit and assurance, direct taxation, certification work, capital market transactions and special purpose assignments.

CA Jay Shah is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India with 4 years of experience in the field of due diligence, advisory transaction, capital market transactions, direct taxation, and assurance services. He has completed his articleship under the guidance of CA Tushar Parekh and started his career with one of the leading Advisory firm of Mumbai where he had assisted in financial due diligence activities of various clients. Further, he has brief experience as an associate with one of the leading private banks of India in the field of corporate financing.
In early 2017, he started his own practice and handled various assignments in the field of capital market transactions, audit and assurance services, certification work and taxation services. At present, he is one of the partners at P R S S & CO LLP and responsible for various services such as due diligence, certification work, capital market transactions, special purpose assignments, audit and assurance.

CA Heet Savla is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India with 2 years of Post qualification experience in the field of taxation, transaction advisory and audit and assurance. He has completed his articleship under the guidance of CA Tushar Parekh. Post qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2019, he immediately started his own practice and handled various assignments in the field of taxation, audit and assurance services and Ind AS advisory.
